Remove "SecureBoot Isn't Configured Correctly..." watermark in Windows 8.1

First click Windows Key + R then type Regedit and Press Enter.

Now follow these steps:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Microsoft --> Windows --> CurrentVersion --> Policies --> System 

Now in "System", Right Click on "EnableLUA", 

Click "Modify" and change the "1" to a "0", Then Press OK 

and Restart the Computer.
